This little stainless steel oil fryer is hands-down one of my favorite kitchen tools. It may be small, but it fries like a champ! Perfect for when you just want to make a quick batch of fries, nuggets, tempura, or even donuts without dragging out a giant deep fryer or heating a pot of oil on the stove.

This Stainless Steel Deep Fryer Pot is very versatile and can be used for many types of cooking. I’ve fried shrimp, tater tots, heat stews, made gravy, quick hot water for tea & instant ramen who knows what else. I have the smaller (50oz) for barbecue sauces on the grill or nearby butter or lite oil on the griddle. The only thing is you’ll need to be careful not to grab the handle without potholders-which is normal cooking awareness.

The stainless steel build makes it feel sturdy and high-quality, and it heats up fast and holds temperature well for even, crispy results. Cleanup is way easier than I expected too. It’s compact enough to store away when not in use, but honestly, it’s earned a permanent spot on my counter.

I am used to frying things in a large pan but I always needed lots of oil to fry stuff. The slenderness of the pot makes it easier to fry food with less oil. You will need to fry in batches if you are cooking for more people but it is great for 1-2 person. The steel basket holds the food well and makes it easier to take out the fried food. It is very easy to clean as well. Great for occasional frying.
